By asking the right questions regarding business requirements, Data Governance and architecture, we will try to create a first glimpse of your organization and its data processes. The business requirements are most likely the biggest struggle to get aligned between the different departments, which is why we will handle them in the first steps.
After this workshop, you will receive a report with a clear image of your current situation and our recommendations for the future. It is up to you to decide how to proceed further, we just hand you the building blocks.
